******** debiting on my account

On the 14th April 2014, a representative from Chubb came to my house to remove the radio transmitter, so the services to my understanding were terminated, as the alarm was not activated anymore. There was one amount of R716.00 which I know was outstanding, which was debited between Oct and Sept, cannot recall the exact month. Thereafter, they started debiting amounts of 300 plus which I do not know, because the other problem is that they did not send me any statement to that effect, or even confirmation that the billing from their side has stopped. <br> <br> When I eventually got of them, the consultant I spoke to said it was an error on their side, and then transferred me to Bianca Ditodi who said she would sort it out and said nothing about whether I'm owing and if I am, she didn't give me an exact amount.So this morning (23/03/15), an amount of R716.00 was debited this morning, and although I managed to reverse it, I don't know what to do to stop this company from taking my money, without giving me written proof of what they are billing for, as I do not even stay in that house anymore. Bianca Ditodi dropped the phone in my ear, and was very rude<br> <br> So what services am I paying for?
