Unfair account handling

I've canceled my Chubb account almost two years ago and they came to collect their hardware. I've been recently receiving calls from National Security telling me that they have handed my account over to lawyers, I don't know what for as my account is inactive. I believe there is a miscommunication between the two companies and I've called to try resolve this issue and I've been told that the person in charge of accounts will contact me. I find it very unsettling as I've been warned that I'll be black listed for something that I know.
