Unexceptable Service

My parents have been with Chubb(Pmburg) for almost 20yrs but there service over the last few since my fathers death has been appalling.We have consistantly complained to your staff in every division from customer service, armed response and management about the fact that we have more sleepless nights due to their incompetance than fear of burglars.There are too many incidents of non reaction or late responses when the alarm is activated.No feedback from any of the many superiors we have contacted and a non existent administation section.After yet another incident 2 days ago and still without feedback,we have now reached a point of desperation due to the unproffesionalism of your company and have not only decided to cancel our contract but also seek legal assistance for compensation due to payments made for services not rendered.I also intend broadcasting our dissatisfaction on social media such is our disgust with your company.
