Good afternoon. On the 27.08.2020 I received a call from a woman who did not identify herself. She proceeded to say that of the 1.9.2020 my premises would be monitored by achievers which have a dubious reputation in my area. After some thought I sent them an email requesting that they cancel my monitoring forthwith. I received an automated response which assured me someone would call me. I subsequently sent another email on the 31.08.2020 requesting that they remove the radio and return the key for my security gate as I had still not heard from them. On 2.9.2020 I phoned was told that the person that I needed to speak to was off sick. He assured me that she would be back the next day and he would esculate the need to call me urgently. Today 7.9.2020 I spoke to a lady in the cancelation dept. She said she would investigate why the cancelation notice is not on the system. 6 hrs later still no response. Please have the decency to call me back.
