UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

I cancelled our business contract on the 19 Aug 2015 due to the fact that we have had 2 break ins and both occasions the alarm did not go off. Both occassions they sent a technician to test the system and both times we were told the system is working fine. Each time I request a report back from \Marquin\" and todate no report back has been given. We then advised them that we would be going over to a more reliable security company. I sent a mail to \"Marie\"advising the situation and requested that the contract be cancelled with immediate effect. They continue to debit my account with various amounts and I have battled since September 2015 to get my money refunded. They have once again debited my account on the 19 Feb 2016. I have sent mails to their HO and top management (Andre) and I have had no response. I have tried to resolve the matter with Marie, Lindo, Thando, Andre and Hester. Hester and Marie have advised that the credit note and refunds have been referred for authorisation but this has been the same story since September 2015. CHUBB has NO AUTHORITY to debit our account yet for 6 months they continue to do so. <br> "
