Unacceptable Poor Service - Chubb guards *****ing from customers on their premises !!!!

I have been a customer of chubb for more than 10 years now. Last year November we came from town, had a lot of bags and put my tablet that was in its case with my Dr's prescription on the car's bonnet in front of the door to make it easy to unlock the front door of the house and forgot to deactivate the alarm. Quickly went in the house to put down bags. Chubb security came abt 5min asked from outside the front door are we ok, rep**** and said yes. Went immediately out to fetch the tablet it was no more there and the security guard was no where to be found. All gates was closed. We called Chubb to log complaint about my tablet that is gone they should ask the guard. They said they will and came back and said the guard did not take it. We escalated the matter to area manager that said they will do a lie detector test . When I followed up the manager of Welkom branch said area manager said they can't do the test and end of story. I feel they did nothing from the company side to come to the bottom of the story coz I strongly believe the guard did take the tablet coz he was the only person who got access to the premises. I'm not happy at all with this kind of service of Chubb and will gladly appreciate it if this matter can be escalated further. So meaning all my things that's on my property the security guards can take coz it belongs to them as they know customers can complain and the company won't lift a finger. Are we really safe with the security companies? ????
