Trying for 18th months to cancel CHUBB account

For the last 15 years I had an account with CHUBB. Due to work reasons I left South Africa in November 2013, upon which I communicated with CHUBB terminate my account after many emails phone call and promises that it will be resolved I again today have seen another deduction for CHUBB from my ABSA account. I am at a total and complete lost as to what to do to terminate my account with them. <br> Service delivery, customer respect, morality and bordering on dishonesty appears to be the norm for companies of the likes of CHUBB. They continue to take money out of my accounts which is NOT rightfully theirs. <br> I will have to, it seems, fork out expensis to fly back to South Africa and deal with them face to face to resolve this. <br> The people I have emailed at CHUBB to date are: <br> 'Assist, Chubb CCS'
