Took 45 Min to respond to a call

I came home to find my gate had been lifted off the rails and forced open. I phoned Chubb to send someone out to make sure it was safe to enter the premises. When they had not arrived after 10minutes I started calling again and was unable to get through to the call center. I pressed my panic button and received no phonecall back. Eventually 45minuts after the initial call someone arrived.<br> After he left I checked my alarm history and found an alarm had been triggered earlier in the day. I called the call center and spoke to someone who said no alarms had been received except the panic button I pressed while waiting. Seeing as it was a Friday afternoon there was nobody available to answer questions about why they didn't call initially and why they took so long to respond. The call center agent I spoke to didn't understand my questions so I gave up and will have to try get hold of someone on Monday. Wish me luck, I still have a year on my contract with a company I have had endless issues with.
