This is not far I request them to cancel my contract

I got a call from them.. I did tell them unemployed and I can't afford it. I asked them if they Can please cancel my contract. The lady asked me if I can't borrow money and pay them. I told them no .. This happened like 5 months ago I think now ADT security took over. And they still taking out money out..
