Third Party Insurance

Chubb Security is suppose to be a community protector, securing our neighbourhoods against crime etc however instead of protecting their community, their drivers go around half asleep causing accidents left, right and centre. Apparently they currently have around 15 third party claims which they need to pay excess for. That excess however seems as though it will never be paid because their accounts department has an issue with this ad that and whatever else. They will keep passing the blame to their broker, insisting they never received the correct documentation to proceed with payment. For a company of that size, it really should not be this much of a hassle to pay excess for accidents YOUR drivers caused. Let people get on with their lives and pay what you promised when you took third party protection on your insurance package!!! This has been going on for months now!
