I cancelled my Chubb contract with them in November last year. Tanya Fourie sent me an email to state that if I have 2 options to either drop off the radio or they can come and take it off for an amount pf R360. I returned it before the said date. In December 2018, they took out the amount from my account. This is theft! I contacted Tanya who promised me that this was going to be reimbursed.....to date, it has not. I called her yesterday who told me that the reimbur*****t team was in a meeting for the whole day - I asked for the manager - and that was the end of my call - they cut me off. I sent a follow up mail to which no reply came through. I can only imagine how efficient they are when it comes to an actual emergency call. PATHETIC!!! *******!!! I will be opening up a case of theft against them.
