THEY STARTED DEBITING MY ACCOUNT YET THEIR SYSTEM NEVER EVEN WORKED

<p>when i started renting my house this year, i noticed that a previous person had chubb installed so i decided i wanted to take over the account just for my house to be safe, i spoke with an agent, he came over we spoke, signed the documents and checked the the system which wasnt working at the time so he then said he was going to send out a technician who was going to check it out, sort out the fault and also show me how the system works and that never happened, 2 months later Chubb started debiting from my account for a system that doesnt work, ive sent a complaint email no one responded to it, i have called ********** 600 and no one wanted ot assist me, it even got to a point that the lady who answered my calls twice dropped the phone on me, now since no one is willing to assist me, it comes accross as if they are just ****ing people and not providing a service. i am not pleased with my expirience with them and actually i dont even trust them anymore.</p>
