The Worst Service EVER!!!

We recently switched to Chubb alarm system at home, and I have never experienced such pathetic service! when the alarm sounds, they phone you 15 minutes later (my house could have been cleaned out in that time), they don't even ask your name! They never send people out to the house to have a look when we're not at home and the alarm is triggered. The last time they came out to our place they made it very clear that they only look at the front doors and windows because they cannot jump over our wall to have a look at the back! I'm really at my wits end with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone, I was so furious the last time this happened that I even contemplated putting this on social media.
