The worst experince I have ever had and this was with Chubb Fire and Security

<p>Three years ago I had an account with chubb where chubb used to debit my bank account with accounts belonging to other people other than myself. When this matter was raised with Chubb I was always told that this would be rectified, however this was never rectified instead the balance that chubb owed me kept on compiling, until the day I decided to stop using the account and did not provide Chubb with access to my bank account. My husband and I then kept on calling chubb requesting for my refund for the incorrect accounts that they were debiting from my bank account, it took chubb a year to refund half the amount that they owed us. We then decided to let it go as of this struggle as we were tired of all the telephone calls and e-mails that my husband and I have been making and sending to chubb. Chubb has been gaining interest on the amount that they owe u and then never bothered to call us back to find out if the query was properly resolved instead now my husband has been getting sms from NU-debt collecting on behalf of Chubb.... how strange that Chubb would want to collect from us while they are the one owing us money..... when we called chubb to enquire about this sms, we were told that this is an error from Nu-Debt as the account that they are collecting for is actually not our account..... Chubb stated that they would remove my husband's details from their system as we do not want to be getting such sms from their debt collector.... few days later the same sms is sent to us meaning that Chubb did not meet up their end of their promise to removing our details from their system..... now what frustrates me even more is that Chubb debited my bank account this weekend and I dont have an account with them and even worse they have my money that they have been gaining interest on which they have not paid back to me how pathetic can this service be..... We have not been using chubb for almost 3 years however we are struggling with refund issues and administration issues....if you do not want to be ****** of your money please dont use Chubb fire and security!!!</p>
