The saddest excuse for a security company I have ever encountered

This is the absolute worst **** of a company out there, please avoid them. It was terrible from the start, the salesman told me a whole lot of stuff like I was on a month to month basis and could cancel at any time and made me pay an extra R3000 at sign up and told me that the system belongs to me if I cancel, only to find out on cancellation that it was not the case. I was double debited on certain months and never refunded, I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with a women by the name of Val who is supposedly the manager and was of zero assistance. The reason for leaving them was I accidentally set off my alarm one morning and they phoned me after a full 30 mins to find out if I was okay, I found that very strange but gave them benefit of the doubt and tried it again many times to see if they would respond quicker. Not surprisingly enough they contacted me a minimum of 10 minutes later and most of the times the didn’t even contact me. Their reason being that they had an influx of calls??? Does this mean that it’s a first come first serve basis??? That if I need help then I need to be first to call or won’t be helped??? There was a time I triggered my panic button and when they called me 30 minutes later I said I need help please send me the response vehicle, the guy from the response vehicle phoned me after 15 minutes and I told him please come I need help, not to my surprise he did not even pitch up. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A COMPANY, IF YOU NEED SECURITY PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
