TERRIBLE SERVICES!!!!

I went 9 the most devasting thing today. I got home from work and my house had been broken into. I can't believe it and all this is through the negligence of chubb security services. When my alarm siren activated chubb called me to let me know. I told them I am not home they must go and check.. The consultant at chubb said she would get back to me and give me feedback about what is happening on my premises... Not I ly did they not call me back but after 25 minutes I Had to call chubb to ask for feedback how ridiculous. They assured me that all is well at my place and I thing is wrong the response officer is there. My alarm went off again 5min after the call meaning the people were still in my house the lady called to ask must they send someone there again. Really? Is that not your job is that not what I pay for? And again she assured me that all is well and the response officer is there. I ly to get home in the afternoon and. Y house has been broke into and valuables ******. The response officer took more than 2hours to get here. He said he did not come onto my yard to do a 360 check. He out ly checked front view? Is he blady kidding me. What am I blady paying them for to take an overview of my house. Chub gave us a security lock and key that's used by them on ly so that they can gain access to my premises. What was the point of that if the officer does an overview check from the road! To make matters worse the officer had a key with him to enter my premises but chose not to. The negligence has costed me so much. This company is just a *******.... The person is in my house while the officer is on the road fixing the car because aparently the battery had failed. I am so disappointed... Cross... Angry.... But they never forget to debit my account for their money however they fail to provide services. I could have died had I been in the house. Worthless service! I am taking matters further. Someone has to be held accountable!!
