Terrible service not updating client details

For the past few months since moving out of my previous complex I have recieved continuous calls from National Security at all hours of the day and night informing me of an alarm going off, sometimes in the early hours of the morning waking me with a fright, I have repeatedly asked for my details to be removed yet they persist on calling me, what if there really was an emergency at the complex for which they clearly have not updated the contact details? Now I'm asking again remove my number from your system or legal action will follow for harrassment
