TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM NATIONAL SECURITY & FIRE AWAITING REFUND SINCE 01 JULY 2021

I had monitoring services with D& D Tacticle which were taken over by National Security & Fire. They didn't alert the clients of the changes, they debited my account with more money. Was unhappy and gave 1 months notice of cancellation. Received phone call from National informing me of receipt of cancellation. The following month they still debit my account .Have been trying to get refund since 01 July 2021. Phoned accounts dept several times and emailed querying and 2 days ago left message for Terrance manager to contact me but still waiting for phone call. Very unhappy with their service happy that I cancelled my monitoring with them.
