Terrible Service from National Security and fire

On the 2nd or 3rd April I cant remember which day I had left my home to go to the shops to buy some groceries. My husband was at home since he was working . Around 12 or 1 pm a security guard comes into the yard unannounced. My alarm was not activated since we are at home there was no need for me to put my alarm on since we all on lockdown . The guard comes into the yard and says he received a call for an alarm activation.

Startled at the nonsense he was telling my husband said no the alarm was never activated what is he talking about ? Nonetheless he left . When I return from the shops after 1pm or 2pm I tried calling your offices sadly you cannot get through to anyone . Irritated I was by this I pressed the panic button for nothing so that someone can call me back.

I explained the situation to the agent she said she will inform the manager to call me no one called me back . The following day I called in and spoke to an agent Francheska from your Cape Towm Offices she said the manager will call and again no one called me .

I keep getting SMS saying that my alarm went off more than 4 times I must contact national what ******* is that because my alarm was not activated or went off at all this month except for when I pressed the panic button for someone to call me back to find out what the hell is going on.

Last month a security guard came into my yard when he left he left the key box holder wide open and my gate remote was in there with the gates keys such ********** negligence.

I'm sick and tired of National the worst security company. Im moving back to ADT who is much better services and care to their clients than you people. This is not the first time I'm having issues 1 month after moving over to national I had already issued being falsely charged for false alarms activations ....

In my opinion I think my details is duplicated on someone else's profile because I was also told that I requested drive by everyday at 12 in the afternoon when i never requested anything like that nor did I even phone in .

Please sort your **** out immediately...
