Terrible service

Can't believe the terrible service we are getting and have had from National Security. 26 February 2019 we paid to have the alarm system repaired. Yesterday we had numerous calls to report that our alarm was going off despite the fact that everything was in order. Today we tried to call them on all their numbers and all the lines just rang until a call this evening to say that the alarm was going off again. Having to pay a monthly fee plus a call out fee is totally unacceptable. Still waiting for a credit that was promised.
