Terrible service

The company has changed names for more than a year now and no one has bothered to change the signs outside my property, it’s also sad to note they are not interested in the safety of their clients as alarm activations are ignored or responded to after 5 hours. Just last night my daughter walked into an armed zone at 22:00 I was only called at 3:00 to find out if all was well and than to the operator had an attitude.
