Terrible Service!!!!!

It is with great sadness that customer servise is non existant in this day and age.

I phoned National Security a month ago with the intentions of canceling my contract with them because of expenses that went off my account without notification. After I spoke to a lady, she convinced me to stay with them and sort out two small issues that we have with our alarm system by the weekend. A technician phoned and asked if he could come on the Friday at 10:00 to fix our alarm problem. My whife and I both work, so we asked him to come on the Saturday. The Friday he phoned to confirm, and said that he will not be able to give a time, but he will be there on Saturday.

Tomorrow it willl be a month and we are still waiting without any comunication.

Bad bad bad service!!!
