Technician didn't arrive

I phoned Chubb on Wednesday 4 March 2015 to request that a technician visit my home on Monday 9 March. On the Monday, at about midday, I had not heard from the technician so I phoned Chubb who confirmed that he was still coming. I was told that I would be phoned back to give an estimate of what time he would arrive, but nobody phoned back. I phoned again at 16:15 to ask what was happening. I was told that they would contact the technician and get him to phone me to tell me when he would arrive. Still nobody phoned me back. The technician never arrived. What are you going to do to sort this out? On top of this your people who answer the phone are rude. I would expect a polite \Chubb Security
