Very Bad Service Experienced.

I had a contract with Chubb Security and in March i have cancelled the contract as my contract expired was on month to month contract. They kept on debiting my account and i kept on reversing till this month. You guys must fix your processes as i keep on receiving calls from different people in your organization regarding the same thing. Todat Yolanda called me saying that thier contact centre gave me incorrect email for cancellation i must pay for the months that i reversed the money. Whose fault is it that i was given the incorrect email for cancellation?

You guys must stop being ****** and look into fixing your internal processes. I will not pay and i will never recommend you guys to anyone.
