STILL NO FEEDBACK

This is now the second report I am posting, after more than 14 calls to Chubb Offices and spending more that 45 minutes per call to try and get hold of heir customer services department and been repeatdly cut off and speaking to their usless call centre staff I have still not received any calls or feedback from Chubb. This is truly pathethic.
