Good day

Kindly note, that the client will need to go to her bank & get this resolved. Chubb is not responsible for this.

Good day,

In your surprising response email dated 30 Jun 2016 from ********** you have clearly not considered the substance of this historic dispute which goes back to Nov and Dec 2014.

To refresh, Chubb Security alarm monitoring and armed response services during this time were non-existent in our area and this fact was never refuted by your organisation even though many compliants were submitted.

Therefore a clear breach of service delivery on Chubb Security’s part for more than 2 months and therefore I will not be willing to pay for the January 2015 notice month.

This dispute has been ignored by Chubb for more than 18 months and I will now lodge a dispute with the regulator.

Regards
