STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL SECCURITY & FIRE!!

Oh Boy I wish I had read the reviews on Hellopeter.com before I signed the 36 month contract with them. Service is non-existent and receptionist staff are rather unhelpful. Eleven calls were made to their national number and head office today. It was an exercise in futility to try and get through to the accounts dept. I will cancel this contact and reject all debit orders. If they are unable to answer a phone, I really don't think if they can respond to an emergency properly. I see they don't even respond on Hellopeter.com so this is also a waste of time
