So very bad - AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is pathetic! They sometimes charge more than three times the agreed fee for 'annual fees' which seem to be added several times per year. They do not train their guards to open a lock box so can't gain access to the property. I kid you not ! They take up to 40 min to respond to a call and then blame load-shedding. They don't have a back-up power solution.
