National Security & Fire , what type of business is this? This morning at exactly 6.15 am we had a break in at business premises . The alarm was activated and a alarm signal received by the control room. I was notified by the security company who mans the premises that there had been a break in. Travelled through and on arrival the alarm was still activating and could be audibly heard. Yet no call from National Security & Fire I attempted to call them and between 7.30 and 10.05 all I reached was a prompt to dial 1 for emergency and control room. NO RESPONSE Finally reached someone who confirmed alarm signal received and asked would I like a response vehicle sent? 4 hours after the incident. I am still waiting for someone in a senior position to respond. Again 12.31 attempted to call control room NO ANSWER

Morale of the story , cancel your agreement with them if you are relying on them to provide armed response. You may have already come back from the dead before they respond.

How does a company survive when you fail so dismally at your core business. Perhaps the comments below can emphasise the point.

AND What other armed response companies can one actually trust to actually perform honourably?
