SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

I have been trying to cancel a monitoring service since February 2017 of a premises in Newcastle, KZN. I have sent emails ********** this effect in February 2017, March 2017 and twice in May 2017. I received read receipts for all 4 these mails but no further feedback whatsover. I also phoned the Newcastle office in April 2017. On that day the person that helped me, was unable to locate my account and promised to revert to me the next day. I am still waiting for that call to be returned. I could only provide the alarm number seeing that I only received an account by post a week or 2 ago with an account number. Apparently Chubb cannot find my financial account based on my alarm number! I also wrote a complaint on their website yesterday morning. Soon enough after the complaint on the website, I was contacted by Kesharal Singh from Chubb Newcastle. Long story short, I was asked to email all the previous correspondence to her which I diligently did. I also received an email from her with ticket no ********** 0. After a couple of hours, I forwarded the email again seeing that I received no feedback or reply from her to confirm that my email has in fact been received. I specifically requested confirmation in the email of receipt. By the close of business yesterday, I had received no reply whatsoever from Me Singh. This morning I forwarded the email again and by 12h53 this afternoon, I forwarded the mail again. By 16h45 I attempted to call her on the number from which she phoned me yesterday, which corresponds to the number on her email. I was routed to Durban and Bloemfontein and back to Durban but had no success in reaching her in spite of asking to be transferred to the Newcastle Office. Apparently I am unable to speak to someone in the office. I aired my frustration with the lack of client communication yesterday but obviously to no avail. Although this particular contract with Chubb was shortlived, I have personnally been a Chubb (previously BBR) client for 18 years. Yesterday I was given the third degree about an outstanding amount of R400 odd. I spent half an hour on the phone today trying to get the cancellation sorted out in spite of all my previous emails and is no closer to a solution seeing that I cannot get feedback from Chubb on my communications. I am desperately disappointed with the level of service that I have received in this matter. The fact that I am a longstanding client has counted for Zero yesterday. In the meantime Chubb continues to debit my dormant business account with related RD charges because I have been under the impression that the cancellation was processed in February seeing that my mail was read. Come on Chubb, you can surely do better than this!!!
