Shocking service/Shocking company

I would NOT recommend this company to anybody. Moved into our new house in December and completed the contract in November and had to keep on calling them to come and install and complete all necessary for the alarm to be activated. This was only done 5 days after we moved in. What I signed and paid for was never delivered and the technician had to come back over and over. There is no response when calling the call center and nobody bothers answering any mails Alarm kept on going off and I did not receive a call nor SMS stating that the alarm went off. I requested SMS service for when there is a power failure and this was also not done as we went away on holiday and had a power failure and all the food in the fridges and freezer went off. Also had to call out a Locksmith to assist in opening the gate as the gate motors battery ran flat and we could not open the gate. I have send mail after mail and made call after call to get all sorted out and no response. I have now cancelled my contract and moved to another security company who I have total faith in as I have used them before. Only when I advised them that I am cancelling my contract did I start receiving calls, however still to tell me that I am in the wrong. Please share this with your friends and family as this company should not call themselves a security company.
