Shocking service, no answer from 3 EMERGENCY Numbers

Good Day Yesterday morning I received a called while I was at work from National Security control room, saying my house alarm was going off. I told the consultant we not at home and I would like them to go check and get back to me, 30mins went past no1 called back. I called all 3 emergency numbers listed on the system no1 answered. I just told to myself imagine I was in danger and I needed help and not even 1 but 3 of your main emergency numbers no1 answers is extremely bad. I tried for 3 hours to get hold of someone. Eventually I called someone else to go check and see if my house is ok. I sent an email after not getting through on the telephone. I still didn't get a reply. Please don't use this security company you get no service from them. It is a day later and no1 has called me back to give me feedback as to why my house alarm went.

I am still trying to get hold of your office because I am not happy with the service I am receiving and would like to cancel my contract.
