Security company providing NO security

last night my alarm went off, it took chubb operators half an hour to call and check if everything was alright. HALF AN HOUR! using the excuse "delays due to the storm" i suggest you either stop lying or don't use out dated equipment. a while later my alarm went off again, feeling unsafe i called chubb and asked for a car to be sent out to investigate to area. 25 minutes later after their "quick response" a car arrives. the officer rings the bell once(which doesnt work) waits 30 seconds and then leaves?! no other attempt is made to contact the home owner. as far as i am concerned chubb did nothing to ensure my safety! so just to be clear in a state of emergency if you call chubb they will assist... right after you are bombarded with security questions, then wait 25 minutes for someone arrive, make one attempt to help and then leave. in which time you and your family would be ****** ten times over or worse
