Scary disgusting service

What is happening with Chubb armed response ! Last week Saturday during the early hours of the morning an intruder was in our yard attempting to ***** /rob us, our panic button was pressed immediately. Chubb took their own sweet merry time to arrive , like 20 minutes to get our house! Is this armed response! Totally traumatized!!! When chubb finally arrives we were told they were busy with another call out. How scary and appalling!
