Salesman **** to me now stuck with 36 mnth contrac

Around the end of november 2015 a guy came to my house and he was from chubb. His name is Eric and left his cell number as ***. He told me that chubb had a promotion and that I could install an alarm system for R320 and it would be on a month to month basis and that first payment will be due end of february. I specifically asked Eric about cancellation prices and he told me there are none since this is on a TRIAL basic. On Saturday chubb deducted R580 from my account and when I called to ask what is was for, they said its radio communication and my first bill of R320. On Sunday I had called Eric who said the office made a mistake cause he put down february as month of first payment. The Lady at chubb also informed that salesman does not work for chubb and is a contractor. In addition Im not on a month to month contact but a 36 month contract. I was also told that cancellation is more than R3 200. Who ever chubb is hiring to get business for them is misrepresenting chubb. Because of a desperate for for commission I have to pay so much. I refuse to work with a company that lies to get people to buy the service. I refuse to be stuck to this 36 month contract.
