No response to alarm activation supposedly due to load shedding, so ********* dont break in when load shedding is in progress, lame excuse dont they have backup systems, I pay for my family safety which isn't happening so what am i paying for, 24hrs after alarmist activated i get a call!!! Time to change and get a service provider, cause national takes my money but doesnt provide the service that they are paid for, that's *****? Stay away from national security!!!
