Rude and pathetic Customer Service

Incredibly rude Client Liason Manager in Durban. Overcharged for over a year - and contract cancelled for 2.5 months without being requested - then re-instated with no apology or without even informing me - now want me to pay ANOTHER month's notice period when I formally request to cancel my contract.
