We signed up from Chubb with one of its agents, confirming we are signing a month to month contract, when we gave one month notice Chubb is refusing to honor and would NOT let us cancel, instead billing us EVEN more! Had been trying to contact someone for cancellation, sent emails and NO reply! *******, *****, their radios isnt even working! To make matters worse, they are now debiting from my personal account, HOW DID YOU EVEN get my personal account? Would tell EVERYONE , DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH CHUBB! Rather go with ADT or any other company!! Worst experience of my life!
