We awoke at 2am to find a ****** had broken into the spare bedroom by cutting the burglar bar and made their way to the lounge, took the TV off the wall and were making their way out of the front door when the dog barked. My husband rushed out of the bedroom and the ****** was standing on the verandah. We pressed the panic button to summon Chubb Security. Police, Neighbourhood Watch and Enforce all showed up and eventually after I phoned them - The Chubb security guard. Their excuse was the wind was blowing and setting off alarms so they were ignoring them. But a Panic button alarm at 2 in the morning???? This is not the first time I have been concerned about Chubb. A previous ******* occurred right under their noses. They were parked outside the house and the ****** came in and out over the gate! They then have the cheek to charge us for checking the alarm system and for retrieving their radio after we changed security Companies.
