The national security chubb is just a **** n they dont take us serious if is not the app malfunctioning is the alarm in the house going off all by itself when I call n complain they book u a technician but when he comes he just looks at the phone or tell you he will wait n monitor it for few weeks but then the same problem happen again still he will say the same thing, this wknd my alarm was doing the same thing so the whole weekend my house was not armed when I call n ask they tell me that the technician only works Monday to friday I mean I'm paying chubb evertyhing month for our safety but what to I get in return nothing they promised.
