Refuse to repair broken alarm

Today is friday, last monday I phoned in and asked for a technician to come out, the lady said a technician would phone, that didn't happen. I complained here, no one phoned me.<br> I phoned Chubb again on last thursday, they promised a technician for this thursday. no one turned up and no one phoned to apologise. Also I should mention, your call out fee is R600, this is very poor of you to make the price so high, shame on you!<br> <br> Please get your act together or tell us that we need to go to another provider but stop this!<br> <br> I await your call and I would like to know why you treat customers so badly!
