I am very disappointed with the service delivery from National Security. I have stopped debit orders and have been making EFT payments since January 2020, I spoke to ladies Kogie & Charmaine and advised them about EFT payments, they asked for email confirmation.. DONE I made a payment end of 30 June 2020 of R375 and 01 July 2020 an amount of R735 was debited. I called National security offices and spoke to the lady who advised charges for Sica fee and monthly charge, I told her that I made an EFT payment and I was not reminded of the Sica fee I asked for an immediate refund as this was not my fault and I had these monies in my account for other things, I informed them of debit order stop but no-one could answer me why it wasn't (and after 6 months months of EFTs, why there was a debit order). The Sica fee, Yes I recall billing in initiation of contract but who remembers this a year later, furthermore no reminders was sent informing customers of fee nor an invoice was sent. . She advised she will get her accounts manager to call me. I explained to accounts manager and she said she will get KZN Manager to contact me as she was unhelpful. I explained to the KZN Manager, he said he can only refund me in 3 weeks and will give a break for End of July payment, which I refused to accept as this is not the outcome I was looking for. Considering these are Covid-19 times, I have not been working full hours to earn a full salary. But I ensured my Security bill was paid every month. Where is the understanding from this company to assist customers when these are indeed difficult times To date there has been no communication from National security about my debit order stop and assistance with regard to my immediate refund.
