READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP CHUBB FOR "SECURITY"

<p>I have reported a fault on the 7th of this month ( lightening rendered the whole monitoring system dead ). <br />After constant nagging the technician came out on Thursday morning and told me that a system board needs to be "ordered" and replaced.<br />Now a week later (!!!) , still no sign of any progress, more importantly any feedback whatsoever from the technical centre.<br />Halooo ! THIS IS THE SECURITY INDUSTRY where you supposed to service your Customers - for what we pay you.<br />I have no access to fire, ambulance, panic. Your incompetence puts me in risk !</p> <p>As far as I am concerned you breached our contract and want to cancel your services.</p> <p>I also demand a 25% refund for the portion of the month you not held your obligation !</p> <p>Why dont you have critical spares ?! <br />This is Africa where especially in summer season there is a lot of ligthening !<br />How come you are not prepared for this ?<br />How come you are using far too few technicians to field the territory from where you collecting your money ???!!!</p>
