Random amounts debited and no explanation
I have been with Chubb for 2 years, and in the last couple of months I have been getting random debit amounts. I have previously asked for invoices, but I have not gotten any. This month's debit order was almost twice the normal amount. Last month's was more than the usual debit order too. I have tried to get Chubb accounts but no one at Chubb seems to be able to transfer me to accounts. The only reason I am still with them is because of the contract I have with them, but their accounts department is terrible. I would like an explanation as to why debit orders have such big varying amounts.<br> <br>
