Promise
I logged a complaint about poor service from Chubb Security. Their manager Luigi Daniels called me and as some sort of compensation we were promised installation of an access box and we got it. And we were also promised that for two months (oct/nov) we won't be paying our monthly fee. To our surprise we have been charged for both months. Would like to know what happened to their promise.
