PPOR SERVICE FROM CHUBB

It's with Absolute frustration and deep anger, that I am yet again reporting another incident to you. I believe that Chubb is Negligent and as a result I have yet again had another break-in. Recent incident reported Friday 13.02.2015, I received a call from the Call centre - 08.29 informing me that they were alerted by my alarm, In light of my experience and caution with break in, I immediately confirmed to dispatch an armed response guard.Totally disgusted and utterly disappointed that I drove from Parow, to Kuilsriver within 20 minutes, only to arrive I discovered my house unguarded, front door and gate burgled, and no Chubb in sight. 3 minutes later a neighbour in our road noticed my door and gate open, she notified us, had I not speedily made my way home, some other ******* would have had second choice and our house possibly vandalised and emptied out. @ 09.17hrs, In distress we called your area control mobile.Spoke with a male, informed him of the break in, him being available on a radio (dispatch signal) was not even aware of this in and said that he will investigate and call back. At 09.30 my wife got a call back saying the Supervisor is on his way to assist.
