Poor service without communication.

i cancelled my contract during the first week of January this year and handed the radio back to them on 12/01/2015. The main reason for the cancellation was due to the fact that they withdraw their reaction personnel from Rietkuil more than a year ago!!! On 2/3/2015 an amount of R313.50 was unexpectedly taken by debit order from my bank! I contacted their office demanding them to pay back this money immediately. Today 24/3/2015 I phoned their office with the promise of a reply that she will phone head office to find out what's going on. Up to the time of this complaint nothing but nothing was communicated to me. I really hope Chubb will take this complaint seriously as they are quick to take your money but failed pathetically to refund me. Chubb does not know what communication means.
