Poor service technical team

I am very disappointed with the poor service from the technical service team for Manor Gardens in Durban. I contacted them to come and check out a beam that was making noise. A technician came out 3 days in arow and each day didn't go up to assess it due to not having a ladder etc. When he goes up he mentions the beam which is only about 1 and a half years needs replacement. No other beams are giving issues. He was asked to bypass the beam on the panel so it will stop making noise and he just left. I tried calling the technical department and was out in hold and cut off twice. This is really shoddy service. I have had numerous problems with service from National Security. Looks like they are not interested in holding o to customers
