Poor service - Struggling to get a refund process.

National Security & Fire had issues with their Finance/Accounts department whereby debit orders stopped going off. I then had to make manual payments each month and then the debit order system started working again without any notice. As a result my account was in credit and requested a refund on 04 October 2021. I've been chasing non-stop to get this sorted however to date, almost 6 weeks later - still nothing.

Please sort this out immediately. I don't have time to keep calling/emailing you guys.
