POOR SERVICE / FEEDBACK NATIONAL SECURITY

I had been convinced by National Security that they would give me a better service that my previous Security company. The first months, the monthly rate was exceeded, and when questioned, I was told that they will re imburse my account. I have written to their " Customer Service" on three ( 3) occasions, but have never been contacted back. Their customer service, branch service and their response is pathetic. My advice is to avoid National Security and Fire at all costs. I will be cancelling my so called " contract" with them as they have not abided by it. TOTALLY POOR SERVICE AND FEEDBACK.
